UK Depresssion for people 25 and over

This community is for UK based sufferers of depression and related mood disorders who are 25 years old or over.

To join the community you MUST state as a minimum your year of birth and the country in which you are located.

So many communities for people suffering with depression are targeted or populated by mostly teeenagers and under 25s and I thought it would be useful for there to be an outlet for those of us who are a little older to share thoughts, feelings, experiences and support.

Feel free otherwise to use the comminity as you see fit. Asking for advice, merely having a place to vent or get a little sympathy or support, all are welcome. Just please be nice, be polite, be respectful of others and try not to start any heated arguements which could worsen someone's fragile mental state.
